  2. Beginning January 1st 2010 we will begin our athlete's Referral Program.  The program will reward our athletes for introducing their family, co-worker or friend to CrossFit NLP.  We want to give back to the athletes that help us reach out.  More details to follow.

"Why I Fight?" This question will bring a wide array of answers.  Each one personal and holding a particular meaning to each person.  Training hard is not fun until after it is over.  During the process it hurts and makes you question why you are subjecting your mind and body to this punishment.  When you reach the breaking point I want you to dig deep and focus on why you are doing this.  This will motivate you more than me or any other coach shouting cues and pushing you on.  Remember that you come here to test your limits, find the cliff of your ability.  And once we find that limitation we will work harder to surpass it in turn reaching another one.  The process is never ending as long as you keep showing up.  Let's train hard and not fear temporary pain.

The teams were neck and neck at the end of the second round.  The separation began happen during the third and final round.  This was a great wod to coach and watch.  The virtual shoveling was new for many people and offered a new challenge.  Everyone had their own style but always remember proper movement and efficiency are the best path.
