CONGRATS TO THE NEW ORLEANS SAINTS FOR PUTTING ON AN AMAZING PERFORMANCE ON SUNDAY!!!  WHO DAT??!!

Warmup

JM/ samson stretch 3x3
40 kb swings (unbroken)

30 ball slams (unbroken)
20 walking lunges
10 burpees

CrossFit WOD

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Score is total reps from all 32 intervals

Congrats to Martha for completing the Carlsbad half marathon 2 weeks ago in 2:04.  Improvement by 16 minutes and she thanks CrossFit for the PR!  Also, big congrats to all our athletes who participated in the HB 5k, 10k and half marathon.....Cyndy, Meredith, Christine if you ladies have photos please send them in!!!
