Inch worms/ crab walk forward
10 kb snatches (each arm)
15 toes to bar
20 jumping squats

CrossFit WOD
As many reps in 10 minutes of:
front squat, 135#/ 85# (165#/ 115# advanced)
pullups (advanced c2b)

You can partition the reps as needed.  You must do at least 20 reps of each exercise.  Chest to bar pullups if you can.  This workout is from CrossFit La Verne.

Ed has been doing some amazing things at NLP.  Last week he beat his Angie time by over 4 minutes and Saturday he completed his 5 second L sit hold for his level 1 requirements.  Watch out Lil Hess he's catching up to you.
