Day 9 of 24 Day challenge.  fiber drink in the a.m. and probiotics.  keep your eye on the prize.

Warmup

JM/ Samson Stretch 3 x 3

agility ladder drills

3 rounds of

4 seated box jumps

6 weighted step ups (each leg)

8 single leg deadlifts w/ barbell (each leg)

10 clapping pushups

CrossFit WOD

Amrap in 12 minutes

5 Front Squats 185#/ 135#

10 chest to bar pullups

20 double unders

  1. June 25 will be our next "Get Dunked".  Those that did the initial dunk and paleo challenge should make should they sign up.   The cost is $35 and we will post the sign up sheet in the gym.
